RECYCLING PROCESS
RECYCLED WASTE:Pallets that are no longer needed or usable and household recycling waste such as bottle tops are ground down&washed.
GROUND INTO GRANULES:This is then processed and ground up into granules.
MOULDED INTO A PALLET: The granules are injected under extreme pressure and heat into a massive mold to create a pallet.
PALLET IS SUPPLIED TO CUSTOMER: The plastic pallet is then supplied to the customer who can use this for many years.
RECEIVES OLD PLASTIC PALLETS: Once the pallet comes to the end of its working life it is returned to a centralized recycling warehouse.
RETURNED TO OUR FACTORY:The pallet is then sent back to the factory where the pocess is repeated.

Q: How can I choose the suitable plastic pallet?
A: It depends on 3 main factors:
a.The design of the pallet, we have three-runners type, and six-runners type,nine-legged type and double sided type.
b. The material of the pallet, normally HDPP or HDPE, we also have different levels of those like Virginal, General, Recycled, and Black materials.
c. The method of production, generally it is injection molding and blowing molding.
